White Bean and Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans organic white beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 head roasted garlic

  • 1/2 c tahini

  • 3 tbs olive oil

  • 1/4 c -1/2 c water

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor until smooth and creamy.

  2. Store in an air-tight container and refrigerate for up to two weeks.

  3. Enjoy in bowls, with hard boiled eggs, tortilla chips, on toast, or with raw cut up veggies! 

*Start with a 1/4 c of water and add remaining 1/4 c if hummus is too thick.

*Generously season with salt and pepper.
